Refund policy

1.  The refund of registration fees will be processed after the applicant sends the filled out refund application form to the YDW office (e-mail: register@2011idacongress.com). Please type or write in BLOCK letters to complete the refund application form and sign by hand. Return the form via e-mail or fax after scanning it. Please make sure our staff receives the form, or the application will be considered invalid.

2.  The refund regulations are as follows:

Application before 28 February 2011, full refund will be made less bank charges.

Application before 30 April 2011, a cancellation charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund.

Application before 30 June 2011, a cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted from the refund.

Application after 1 July 2011, no refund will be made.

3.  All transaction fees and exchange rate differences are to be met by the registrant.

4.  The refund currency will be that of the currency used for registration.

5.  Personal information applicants provide will be kept confidential.
